Ed has 10 years of private practice experience in Commercial and Residential Building Surveying. Eight of these years he spent in the Lancaster area undertaking residential survey work, commercial building surveying, and all types of general practice surveying.
Being based in Lancaster, he covered areas North to the Lake District, West to the Fylde coast and South to Preston.

John is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer. For the past 5 years, he has been carrying out residential surveys and valuations. John also has experience in Commercial Building Surveying and Project Management. Based out of the Lancaster office, he will be carrying out Residential Surveys/Valuations and Commercial Surveys.
